Custom Automation Control Panel

Tri-Tex has extensive experience in custom control panel design and fabrication. At our panel shop in Calhoun, GA, we design and build electrical control panels to meet the automation needs of industrial users no matter how specialized.

We specialize in industrial control using any type of PLC or and have extensive experience with all types of variable speed AC drives.

Enclosures are assembled with the customer's preference of component brands including Allen-Bradley©, Telemecanique©, Toshiba©, Square-D©, Omron©, and many others.
 

These are before and after pictures of an electrical control panel redesigned by our electrical contractor Andy Roberts. The customer specified simplicity and reliability of design with the ability to interchange readily-available components to decrease down time.

Integrating 18 motors ranging from 150 Hp to 1/2 Hp, this 500A control panel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Adjustable Speed Inverters allow for speed control, increase motor efficiency and minimize start up load. Wye-Delta starting is incorporated for the larger motors. Under normal operating conditions, this control panel draws 15-20A.

This state-of-the-art Siemens© control system was relocated and retrofitted into an existing fully automated process.
